Ever use these? Bay de Noc Vingla?
« on: January 14, 2013, 02:44:49 PM »
This past weekend I had a customer come in in search of these Vingla lures form Bay de Noc.  I never heard of them nor had I ever seen one, but I looked into it and found they were still available.  Figured I'd give them a shot here at the shop and ordered 10 colors of them.  Anyone use them out there?  what colors do you like?  How's the action?

From the side owe it looks like it has a tumble action good for attracting suspended fish and bring them to the bottom

Vingla's fly. Put single hook on them spikes, waxie's, minnows etc. Good for pan fish, bass, walleye, perch. Glow, red, chartreuse ,green, white. They all work. once you get used to using them you and the fish will be hooked.

Just them them on the shelf a few days ago.  Pretty excited to get out and use them.

On another note, I had no idea there were that many colors of pimples available. Pretty happy we got this order together.  Can't wait to get out and use them.  I really like them for ice out panfish and I think the vingla will be a nice addition to that too.

Thanks for your comments.  I'll post up some results when we do get out with them.

Vingla's are a secret lure that sometimes is hot.  Because of it's wings, it has more of a glide and flutter action to the lure at times.  it's possible to even catch fish bare metal and all.  I still would rather bait the hook to seal the deal every time.
