This past summer teenagers got hurt on the control tower and since then new signs were posted. It's constantly patrolled now and off limits. I live near by and don't think it's a good idea for the near term. FT

Nice Bass in that dam.
Use to be some slammer trout back in the day.
Frytown can vouch for that.
We still call it the Dry Dam.

Lgm bass, brown trout, perch, gills and black crappie started show up lately. But like I said since the girl falling into the control (at mid-night) last summer, it got new gates/locks along with posters. It's patrolled daily by a security company. Fishing should get better for the future when things calm down. And yes still is called the dry dam.

Chez, I remember a group of guys from Pittston and use to fish that spot. They had a guy that would laugh loudly at everything he or anyone said. He cracked me up. FT

Definitely not you, I still remember only what he looked liked. One member worked for the railroad and got interested in the dam riding by.  BTW, the old PGW keys are worthless now...use them for sinkers, lol. My BIL worked for the PGW and all thru the 70-90's we fished everything in Lacka and Susq counties (not Lk Scranton). Carbondale #4 had the biggest yellow perch, until we cleaned the big ones out. Brownell was good too.  What memories. Joe
