Hand Lotions
« on: January 01, 2017, 10:19:07 PM »
As a 4 season fisherman and a do it whatever it takes laborer I have lobster hands, cracked, split, chapped, dare I say dry rotted? hands.
My go to relief was Bag Balm until I found something new (to me) that works much better and less greasier. It is O'Keeffes Working Hands. I have had it for just over a week and put it on when I can remember maybe 5 times. And I have a noticeable improvement. I normally don't make endorsements but I'll bet that some of you could use this too.

I WAS A UNION CARPENTER FOR CLOSE TO 19 YEARS.
WE DID MOSTLY CONCRETE WORK.
FORM BRIDGES,CHILLER PADS,FOOTERS AND SO ON.
WE WORKED ALL WINTER OUTSIDE.ALL THE ELEMENTS..
MY HAND WOULD HURT SO BAD FROM THE CRACKS AND DRYNESS,IT WAS UNREAL.
AN OLDER LABOROR,SEEN ME WRAPPING MY FINGERS WITH DUCK TAPE ONE DAY IN THE JOB TRAILER.
HE TREW ME A TIN OF BURTS BEES HAND CREAM.IN 2 DAYS MY HANDS STOPED HURTING.CLEARED UP IN A WEEK OR SO.
I THOUGHT THE STUFF WAS A MIRICAL CREAM..I STILL USE IT TODAY.
IF THE OKEEFS LETS YOU DOWN DAVE ,,GIVE THE BURTS BEES A SHOT, ;)

Duct Tape/ wow they must have been a mess. That must have killed you getting it off. I use super glue to hold the splits together long enough for them to start to heal up.
