Tru Fuel.
« on: December 28, 2016, 07:47:21 AM »
Dose anyone use Tru Fuel pre mix in their 2 stroke gas Augar????
I use it in all my law tools that are 2 stroke.I luv the stuff.
No issues ever.
I ran a 1/4 tank threw my new Augar.
I might make a trip to Daleville,,about a half hour from my house and get some ethinol free gas.
Its cheeper than the tru fuel.
Any opinions on the Tru Fuel??????

I do, and what a difference.  Had problems with my jiffy model 30. And I think it was redblur told me to use it. It was like night and day. I won't use anything else. Last thing I want is problems with the jiffy when I'm out on the ice.

You get a lot of holes on a full tank. A couple people told me tru fuel is the best.

The Truefuel works well, but it's really pricey. Take the trip chez, buy a 5 gallon can of e-free for less than 1 gallon of Truefuel. Mix it with a quality 2-stroke oil like Amsoil and listen to that auger hum.

Oh yeah, and I like to use SeaFoam as well, an ounce or two per gallon of gas. Great stuff.

My thought on the subject is that I don't want to get my augers or other gas powered gadgets addicted to expensive hard to procure fuel. I feed them good regular gas from busy stations and add a hi quality oil my choice has always been Opti2. Never had any trouble as long as I can remember to keep the kill switch in the correct RUN position.

I use vp racing fuel prefix it's same as true fuel. Buying ethanol free gas is better than regular has but it doesn't have the shelf life. With the vp and trufuel it never spoils I just grabbed a 5 gal. Can I dump into the small cans keep in my bucket. I mean ya it's pricy but do u really use that much in a season. And never needing to rebuild a carb bc of ethanol Gumpup it pays for it's self in my opinion. Biggest product I hate is guys that bring me machines with stabil omg it's the worst garbage for an engine nothing but issues with that crap.
