I need to start working on a gizmo to pull my gear, I seen one on you tube that a guy made and he used the power head from the ice drill to steer and drive the wheels on it. Maybe I can get an old snow blower rigged up for a puller. There's money to be made here for the guy who comes up with a lite weight sled pulled , I know I would buy one... :? :? :?http://www.icefishin247.com/forum/Smileys/default/duh.gif

Eaglejac. I saw a guy on lake jean one year with a self propelled snow blower with the blades pulled off and a platform built on the front. He also had skis to stand on coming out the back!

Been thinking of that for years.
Guess what, I just picked up a old snow blower that runs for 25$

I like the chamfered supports!
I just finished a Smitty Jr for early ice.
I can put my camera on the dead stick a few feet away and watch the finder for my jigging hole.
The orange crate I can sit on.

Sporty I like your right a lot.  Did you fabricate the aluminum braces yourself or are the parts that can be bought?

It was a car top storage thing from the 80s I just cut it up made it smaller and stronger.
I know my flip is all of 200# loaded.
