They look awsome.
I'm going to invest in an air fryer.
They are so much more healthier for us.

Sriracha mayo is also a nice change of pace.

fm, an air fryer is basically a small convection oven, which uses forced air flow. Most have a bunch of presets and clean up is a breeze. They come in a variety of sizes and are designed to sit on your counter top. The only negative I've seen is the space they occupy. So far I've done fries (four times), chicken, and fish; all came out tasty! Here's a link for mine. I would recommend a larger one for fish if you have the space.

More air fryer stuff;  some gills that were a little smaller than I like but tasting sweet! The perch fillets were off a 14" piggy, probably the largest I've ever got through the ice: These didn't turn golden brown, I think because I used flour with the bread crumbs and Parmesan. Everything was crispy on the out side and moist on the inside though.
The assembly line:

Warming while I make the rings:

Time to eat!

I stayed way too long at the lake Sun. Hate to leave them biting and even though I had plenty of Crappie (by lunch time) to take home the gills started biting, though most were smallish, I iced one nice 9" and released him since it was the first really nice one I had seen all day among several anglers. This was my last fish of the day, slightly bigger and a good fighter and that's why...
