I do now chez; my wife printed out two and I used the first one but borrowed from the second. Came out good and that was before it sat in the fridge. I'll be giving it the real test in a bit at dinner. ;)
Try this:
1 cup mayo or Miracle Whip
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
1 tablespoon minced onion
2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 teaspoon of Worcestershire sauce
Mix well in a small bowl and let stand in the fridge for at least and hour.

Thanks brother.I hope i get a bunch saturday to try this relish on.Be Safe buddy.

I used a little more relish and Worcestershire than called for. You can also dice up a small dill pickle instead of relish. I liked the fact that it took about five min. to make. :)

A little dab'l do you . Anyone that gets that is at least as old as me. ;)

yeah, I was too much of a long hair back then! Now I don't have enough hair, LMAO!!!

I don't worry about detracting from the taste of the fish... sometimes you want to taste fish and sometimes you want to taste fixins. But, I don't over do it usually. I tried a parmesan cheese and sour cream bake recipe with trout a little while ago. It was good, but too much sour cream.

Is that a typo.... par boil? or is that something I don't know about? I would love to make my gills and eat them like shrimp!

My go to breading is a 50/50 mix pf Panko style, and seasoned Italian bread crumbs. Sometimes I'll mix in a little Parm, too.

Try using hot dog relish. It has mustard in it. Very yummy.
