Title: Marcum LX7
Post by: fishin_musician on December 12, 2018, 11:19:42 AM
I got to try out my LX7 yesterday for the first time. It has the very same features as the LX6 with one very important, to this soon to be geezer, it's much larger. The screen size is way bigger so all the dials, and texts that appear when scrolling thru the menu is readable to me even w/o my reading glasses. Last year I struggled with off, and on glasses whenever I used the LX6. I loved the LX6 and now that I can see I love the LX7 even better. Gradually reaching geezerdom.

LOL, only a matter of time and you will be looking for the LX9  ;)  Get some of those generic bifocals from the drug store, it's what I use when fishing.  Definitely need them to tie tackle on.

No old buzzard here yet, but, at 51, I need my glasses most of the day now. Mild bifocals help with tying lures and seeing my graph a lot clearer.

I'm not that bad yet. 2.75 reading glasses work fine. I'm slowly getting there.
