Pulled Smoked Pork Loin (in the oven, that tastes like you smoked it outside)

2-3 lb pork loin
Powdered Onion seasoning
Cavender's seasoning
Tobasco Sauce
Liquid smoke (Hickory flavor)

Begin by searing the Loin on the grill, browning all sides/ends .

In a large mixing bowl (big enough to lay the pork loin in)
layer tin foil 3x in different directions. Lay the seared Loin in and pour Tobasco sauce over the Loin, about a 1/4 cup. Then about half the bottle of liquid smoke, follow by coating the Loin with the onion powder and the Cavender's seasoning until the Loin is well coated.

Wrap the foil tightly around the Loin and put in a baking pan - place in a 275 deg oven for 6 hrs. When done, pull the meat with 2 forks, place in a sealed container and enjoy. I use a good Bar B Que sauce with it on my sandwiches.

For those that are thinking the Tobasco sauce is too much, it just barely gives the pulled pork very much heat at all.

Don't forget to make a good Slaw to go with it.
These are all Approximate measures:

1/4 cup Tobasco, more if you like it hotter
1/4 cup (about half a bottle)-of Liquid smoke

2 T Cavender's, enough to coat the Loin like a rub
2 T Onion Powder,

Once when I began to make this and didn't realize I was out of the Cavender's I substituted Pork rub seasoning and it did actually taste pretty good. But Cavender's has Salt and Pepper, as well as other sesonings in it to give this such a unique flavor, so bear that in mind, if substituting the seasonings.

Here are pictures of the Pulled Smoked Pork Loin that I did today Jan 8/2011.  This was my first time making this and it is Awesome.  Thanks HANKLL for sharing this great recipe.
