Canada vacation
« on: July 24, 2010, 09:32: PM »
Annual family trip to Singleton Lake Canada.  Fishdog joined us for a few days.  Weather was fine and the fishing was good.  Here are some of the many pictures taken.  Left some fish for you to catch Ranger.  Though it was kind of sad to watch guys coming back to the cabins with bass on stringers.

Finally got Katie to unhook and hold her own bass.  Next year we'll work on Pike

Katie paddled out to us and asked for a fishing rod

Typical American tourists.  Hey, can't fish all the time.  Lock at Newboro Lake on the Rideau Canal

These were growing up in a tree by our camper.  They were perfect looking.

These guys were invited back for dinner.  They tasted great.

Last night had to get my scrabble crown back from Fishdog

Very nice it looks like the Pike are really active this year and somebody finally found the Crappies  >>}}};*> . I was wondering about the weather  a tornado hit near Lafargeville in upstate New York and Brockville got hit pretty hard on Wednesday.

We spent that storm in a movie theater in Kingston.  When the movie was over we went outside and the rain stopped.  Then to the Lonestar for fajitas and Caronas.  My boat had a ton of water in it.  Crappies were tough to find.  3 of the 5 were caught on senkos.  We'd catch 2-5 a day.  Every one of them was 11.5-14"
