Reel Oil?
« on: May 31, 2010, 10:51: PM »
Two questions 1.) What kind of oil do you use on your freels? and 2.) Does anyone know of a small easy to use in the field reel oil. Something that would not add weight or bulk to your gear just enough for an emergency application?
Thanks

I use Ardent Reel Butter Oil. It's a full synthetic oil & it's made in the USA. Comes in a 1 oz bottle & cost $8. I've been using it for 2 years now & have no complaints.

Speak softly and carry a big stick.
