Nice job FM
« on: November 16, 2009, 09:19: PM »
FM looked great on the Pa. Outdoor life program, I think I'm gonna become a bait gatherer myself, very informative and well done.   Not sure the bait shops will appreciate though.

Well done  FM.  Wish the segment could have been longer.  I will have to try rubbing ivory soap on my lures maybe in the future
Good fishing to all and to all a good night

I do use them whether I'm ice fishing or, when (god forbid) a January thaw comes along and renders the ice unsafe for a week or two and I have to fish the Susky in January. Actually I do really well bank fishing in January when It becomes necessary. Jigs and minnows rock  ;D

That was pretty neat. Nice job FM.  Q:  Is it legal to use  native baitfish in any PA waterway?...Are some species restricted from removal or use..such as the stickleback shown...since it is rare, seems odd that a bait collector would be permitted to remove and use such species for bait.
