I guess I'll just give my intro here  ;D

Hey,
My name is Chris. I go by Froggy on all the forums. I recognize a few names here from elsewhere. I reside in a small(ish) town in Upstate New York.
Working for a major freight railroad takes up about 8 hours a day, 5 days a week. The rest of the time I would rather be fishin', talkin' 'bout fishin', or building fishin' rods. My usual fishing haunts are the Hudson River, a few local lakes, and many a "farm pond". Bass has always been my target fish, but l have taken up the fly rod recently, and I'm looking at the small steams for trout as well as hittin' the warmwater species.
I guess a wife, (Mellissa), and two kids (Thomas-16, and Heather-14), take up a few hours of the day, but I do what I can to get my fishing "fix".
I'm looking forward to checking out the whole site. From what I've seen and heard, there's a lot of information here.

I live in Camp Hill, and fish from Sunbury to Falmouth regularly.  Mostly bank and wading.  Sometimes go in friends boats.  I also fish the trout streams and some lakes.  Would like to learn Carp & Flathead fishen this year!! ;)

I moved to Lancaster Co, PA a few years ago, from my Southern MD. home - just a mile from the lower Potomac River and many tribs that flowed into the tidal river.  It was a smorgasboard of fishin delight.  I miss it a lot.  I have yet to find any decent fishing spots CLOSE by; I'm about 25 miles to the Susquehanna.   Later
